• These terms govern Syncra (the “Service”), provided by PROJECTTEAMFORYOU (CEO Lee Yu-sang, business registration 495-25-02209, mail-order business 2026-Gyeongbuk Bonghwa-0037, 1166-68 Yebong-ro, Sangun-myeon, Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Republic of Korea, +82 70-7620-7256, [email protected]). They apply from October 18, 2026.
• 1. Account: you sign up with an email sign-in link, a Google account or a passkey. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and must not use someone else’s account.
• 2. Plans: Free costs nothing. Pro (one person) and Business (teams, per member) are paid; prices are shown, taxes included, on the pricing page and before payment.
• 3. How you pay: (a) Korean cards (NHN KCP) — a one-time pass for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months that never renews or charges automatically; we email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends. (b) PayPal (outside Korea) — a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription you can cancel in the dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. (c) Google Play (Android app) — a Google Play subscription; cancellation and refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
• 4. Withdrawal and refunds: within 7 days of payment, if you have not used the paid service (no device registered or paired, sync pair created, invitation, policy change or audit export since paying), you can withdraw from the payment history in the dashboard for a full refund. After use, withdrawal is limited as permitted by Korean consumer law, and we tell you so and ask for your agreement before you pay. If you cannot use the Service because of our fault, we refund the unused part. A payment made by a minor without a guardian’s consent can be cancelled.
• 5. Launch offer: accounts created between October 17 and October 31, 2026 (Korea time) get Pro free for one month on their personal workspace, once. It returns to Free automatically and nothing is charged. Benefits obtained by abuse may be withdrawn.
• 6. Your data and our liability: you choose the folders to sync and confirm each run. Previews, the mass-delete guard and version history reduce mistakes, but please keep separate backups of important data. Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for data loss on your devices or cloud storage.
• 7. Not allowed: exploiting vulnerabilities, unauthorised access, excessive load, sharing material that infringes others’ rights, and abusing payments or offers. We may restrict accounts that do.
• 8. Changes and discontinuation: we announce changes to features or prices 7 days in advance (30 days if less favourable). Prices of a period you already paid for do not change. If we discontinue the Service we give 30 days’ notice and refund the unused period.
• 9. Disputes: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first at [email protected]; lawsuits go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Consumers may also apply to a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency.
